This cream is miraculous! It cleared up a rash I had for 41 years! These are ingredients that have been purposely undisclosed by the manufacturer. Children are especially sensitive to the steroid, especially long-term and it can lead to immune problems for anyone. The agency mentioned above, notified people on social media that all users should discontinue the product immediately.
