2 Pack Fenzer Replacement 850mAh Battery for Apple iPod Classic 7th 7 Gen Generation

This is a great deal for whoever's out there that is looking to replace the battery of their iPod Classic MC297LL (aka 2009 thin edition). One new battery to replace the old swollen battery, and a backup battery for future install. It's great! The battery I installed is holding up so well, and it really feels like the battery lasts much longer than the original battery did. If not longer than just the same, so it's definitely not like this battery is going to be something to just "put up with" due to the old battery needing replacement. These Fenzer batteries for the iPod Classic are really good, breathing new life (battery life that is) back into your iPod. This is a god seller, selling quality iPod batteries for the MC297LL. I did have to kind of soften/adjust the cardboard on the end of the battery as it was quite stiff being that it was brand new, and was kind of a snug fit. I did this easily by rolling the round shaft of a small screw driver to soften the cardboard to allow it to conform a little better to the space where the battery is to occupy. Just one other thing, the sticker on the battery that showed the battery details was on the wrong side of the battery, but that doesn't really matter either, because the battery still functions %100 as it should, I just thought it was a bit odd that the sticker with the battery details was applied to thr wrong side of the battery. Either way, it's just a sticker. I'll be uploading photos of the installed Fenzer battery as well. I highly recommend ONLY Fenzer batteries for you iPod Classic MC297LL.

After installing the new battery my iPod has a new lease on life. It was easy to install and was about half charged when I got it so I put it on the charger for about 40 minutes until it was fully charged. I've played my iPod for about 30-45 minutes a day the last 3 days and I still have more than 80% of the charge remaining. It seems like it's going to hold the charge like my original one did in my 7th Gen iPod Classic when I first got it.I will update as time goes on if it is still working well or if it has declined in power. Hopefully it stays working well for a long time. "Fingers Crossed!"

The batteries were very easy to install but they don't hold a charge. I was happy to get my iPod working again but the inability to hold a charge is very disappointing. They only went up to 50 percent charge after being plugged in overnight when first installed. Would not charge again after first charge attempt. Used both batteries.

These batteries are rated at 850mAh, the other I was going to purchase had was a 450mAh. This purchase gave me a much longer battery life in a charge, and a extra battery to replace in another Ipod Classic I own. It seems the charge on this battery last much longer than the original battery every did! It was a great find!

This was a direct replacement for my old worn down battery.So far it's holding a charge well. Great price for 2 batteries. Hardest part was opening the ipod. Well worth the money ,fast shipping as well.Thanks
