Hi, can anyone tell me the shelf life of this product please

Received mine last week. Use by date is 31/10/21.

Does it have that strong cinnamon type taste ? ,want to try it but really don't like cinnamon of any description.

Correction, we confused this product with another one of our products (Lebanese 7 Spice). Zaatar in fact does not contain cinnamon at all in it's ingredients. Here are the ingredients in Zaatar: Thyme, Sesame Seeds, Sumaq, Salt, Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Wheat (Gluten) Many thanks
