How do you adjust the output power?
It says software adjustable but there’s no software included

crappy keyboard emulator
It does not write at all and there is no software. It simply reads the tag and acts as a keyboard and types it out. For example, if the tag was just "A," it would simply press "A" as if it were a keyboard.

Works well with Linux
Works as a USB HID device so it will work with Linux. Worked great for my application.

Not quite what it says it is.
First of all, I didn’t expect this thing to do exactly what I wanted it to. However, I did expect it to be an actual UHF RFID reader. What this thin actually is , is a keyboard emulator that reads the tags, and turns them into keystrokes and puts them on whatever window is active. I am going to be returning this, but only because it doesn’t do what I need it to.

Very good at an inexpensive price
I use these to checkout products on my POS system instead of using barcodes and they work quite well at a very economical price. I would however like some software so that I could calibrate the read range, for my purposes I don't want them to be so sensitive to read items on the shelf, I only want them to read up close. I wish the supplier could provide some software to be able to adjust distance of reader.
