Top hanging components are flimsy cheap plastic
Sorry but this cage is clearly for hanging but all of the top hanging components are flimsy plastic, the threaded piece that holds the top on doesn't tighten all the way, the threads pop and loosened, a big hole raises concern that my birds could get out. The hanging components should be metal. Also the pull out tray handle was broken off and missing. The company was very fair and reasonable about customer relations, for that I'll give 3 stars.

Best customer service I have ever had.
When I originally received this item it had some issues and I wrote a negative review. However, since then the company has done everything possible to correct the problem. Contacting me ever few days. I have never had a company follow up so completely.I would highly recommend this bird cage. My birds love it and it is very good looking.

It's okay
Very pretty and easy to clean, but I ended up having to zip tie the top to the body because the pieces do not fit together properly. If I could have found a similar shape and size cage somewhere else at the time I would have bought it instead, even if it was significantly more expensive.
