The ratchet works great and is durable.
Ratchet is well balanced even with a 4.0 amp battery installed. Would recommend this item for any backyard mechanism like myself.

The swivel head is a game changer.
Used this for auto repairs recently. Getting in the right spots was a breeze. The heads rotates for different angles you would encounter in an engine bay. It's not going to pull lug nuts off, but it does have the power to release your average bolts. The battery life was stellar as well.

I love the 4 position head!My Father in law has a Milwaukee, but it won’t rotate like mine will!

Very under powered.
Hated it. Has NO power and very bulky. Very disappointed in this product. Sent back within 5 minutes of getting it. DO NOT BUY. I love the 1/2" and 3/8"(love them!) impacts Ryobi makes but this wrench is GARBAGE. This is coming from a HUGH Ryobi fan. I wouldnt give $5 dollars for this product. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the ONLY product ive found that actually sucks that Ryobi makes. Check out You Tube video. It barely has 20lbs of torque.

Awesome tool.
Great price and great item. Great for ratcheting in tight spaces on the car. Just break loose and press the button.
