I was happy with this purchase, suffer with desperate chronic reflux and use pillows to prop me up at night so this definitely helps it’s comfortable and not too big in the bed where it’s too much I still feel like I’m lying flat. Doesn’t work as advertised as an aid for sitting up and it does not come with a cover I had to purchase one separately and it’s hard to get an exact fit for for that it lost a star. I got this one because of the price I didn’t want to invest in a good one yet because I didn’t know if I’d like the shape it’s different but not hard to get used to I think I’ll definitely go for the higher up version next time but overall it’s a winner

I have had major surgery and have to sleep on my back at the moment, which is not a natural position for me. I bought this, and I’m sleeping propped up, which relieves some of the pressure in my lower spine. I am sleeping much better. It has a slightly odd smell. I would have liked the option to buy a pillowcase to fit, because it’s much bigger than a standard pillow. I have ended up wrapping a single duvet cover around it.

Firm but relatively comfy. It is giving off a very strong (VOC) smells. Taken the cover off to wash to see if helps (although it's the foam that smells) and the foam is really flaked. Now worried if it is unhealthy "off-gas", although surprised there are no other reviews like this so may be I received a rogue pillow!
