Q: Hi- do these run small for size- I have a 8.5 foot and not sure if I should be a sm or med?? Thxs

I am also size 8.5 and wondered why these were labeled "small." They were thicker than I expected, so they only worked for me in flats, to provide more arch support. I actually found something I like better at my local DSW shoe store; it is *just the arch* and sticks into your shoe. Your foot completely covers this "arch." So, if you decide to buy these (recommended for fully enclosed shoes that fit loosely) I think the size should work for you. FWI, the DSW item was under $10.

Q: Are these removable or will they ruin the inside of the shoe?

The Catwalk orthotics have an adhesive underside that can optionally be utilized. However, once the adhesive is used, there is a possibility of damage while removing them, depending on the shoes.

Q: Are these too bulky to wear with an open shoe, or a strappy style if you will?

It depends on the shoe, but, I find that they usually fit just fine.

Q: Are they reusable? Can I transfer them from shoe to shoe?

There is a round sticker that can be placed under the heel. You could theoretically pull them off and use again, but it's just as easy to use them without the sticker and move them shoe to shoe.
