Q: With these work with dual vnh2sp30 stepper motor driver module monster moto shield ?

Yes they will work, however when you do purchase them there are a few options which are black or silver, the reason why is black is for single stepper driver Motors however if you have a duel silver dissipates heat very rapidly and silver is little more than the black one for that reason

Q: Do the 8.8mmx8.8mmx5mm heat sinks have actual 3M 8810 thermally conductive adhesive applied or another similar product? Thank you.

Mine came with a pre-applied thin white adhesive, protected by a blue transparent plastic that peals off, that appears to be thermally conductive. However, it has no markings so I can't tell if it's actually 3M or not.

Q: Does anyone know if this will work for a roku device ?

They come with this blue type adhesive double sided tape on them. Knowing this I would imagine they would help conduct heat away from a Roku stick if thats what you are after. Another option that can be used in combination is to use a hdmi extension to move a Roku device away from a known environment that's hot or has bad air circulation.
