Not sure on a 14” MacBook Pro. You would need to check the connector on the 100W wall adapter and see if it’s compatible with the USB C Extension Cable for Mag-safe Charger cable.

it should work fine. I use it on my iphone 12 pro max with the mag charger and it works fine

Will this fit into something that is meant for the original apple cord? i have a 2018 ipad pro that i use in a sketchboard pro that only fits apple.

The only connector that “only fits Apple” is Lightning. This is a USB type C cable.
