There is another breast mask that is made to help with supply but I find that these work better for me. I accidentally ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Now I only buy these. You can use throughout the day but my favorite is to use before I go to sleep and then when I wake to pump it’s so much more! They work all of the time. Love love love them. Always keep on hand. Since my period has returned my supply drops a bit when I’m on it. These are a lifesaver during that time too! Get them. Get 5 of them. :)

These masks did not disappoint. They work as intended. I used them to help dry up my milk supply. The engorgement was REAL. I only had to use two of these masks in order to stop pumping. (I didn’t breastfeed or pump long. The longer you BF and pump the longer it will take to get rid of your supply) I would highly recommend these to any BF/pumping mama for engorgement. Especially during those early days when your supply is trying to regulate.

It’s like having a spa day for your breasts that work so hard to provide for your baby. The mask is super soothing and does not have any strong smells like some masks tend to have. Def give it a try

What I thought I was getting and what they actually ended up being were quite different. They were refreshing however its not something I'd do consistently or subscribe to

This breast mask gave me great hydration. It was very comforting and I feel like my skin and milk makers really appreciated this refreshing mask.
