I recently damaged my leg & applied this plaster. It prevented blood oozing out onto my clothes. Very lightweight, easy to apply & remove.Arrived sooner than expected. Thanks Amazon.

I needed more of these dressings for my finger injury and Amazon was able to deliver much faster than my local pharmacy. Although the picture shows the box, these dressings don't come in a box but instead in a small bag. Great for space and packaging though!One thing you need to be aware of, the entire dressing has adhesive, even the spongy center for the wound. Depending on the nature of the wound, you will want to put a piece of gauze between the wound and this dressing, or else the dressing will stick to the wound. I'm treating a friction burn/abrasion so I definitely needed some gauze on the wound before applying the dressing.The adhesive is very good, even after being exposed to water on several occasions, they are still holding strong after 24 hours. They even held down when moist JeloNet was applied to the wound prior to the dressing. Very strong adhesive, just make sure to protect the wound!

After a small procedure the hospital used these dressings and they are really great for healing - can use in the shower but they start peeling a little - hence bought some so they can be replaced - they are easy to put on and seem to promote healing - they are the best stick-on dressings I have ever had.

I have used Mepilex for a long time.The easiest dressing to remove and waterproof.Never without it. So often purchased especially the smaller sizes.
