I still can’t believe how fresh these came, the flavor was amazing

False advertising
NOT as pictured, this is not for growing because they cut off all the stems, sprouts, They gave me a refund but tried to make me feel guilty because they are a small business. I told them they need to change all their pictures which they still haven't done. False advertising, and no where in the description does it say not for growing only for cooking.

Very Authentic and Fresh
Galanga is hard to find fresh where we live, so this was a must for authentic Thai dishes. Product was very fresh! Since I am a home chef, I did t actually need this quantity and about 3/4 of the product went bad before I was able to use it all which was a bummer. I might suggest selling by very small quantities. Otherwise, this product yielded the best Thai curries I have ever had!
