Car little gift for my son we built together and he still plays with it 3 years later

I need a missing part.
Unfortunately my grandsons 8 th birthday was a disappointment one part was missing in the box. Part number A837, I notest when we opened the box that some of the plastic bags were open. There was only 3 of these parts in stead of 4.
