This is a very nice item. It's a nice solid weight, but not heavy. Very warm, with the fleecy underside. The texture is very soft, and the gator/croc pattern is very subtle. Guests will be impressed. It was great for winter, and will be great in the summer when I crank up the A/C to keep my house on the cool side. A nice item for the price. I'd buy it again, particularly in a more vibrant color if it was available (I got the taupe color).

I have nothing bad to say about this set, I really love it!!! Looks good, feels soft, it's warm and good quality. I haven't washed it yet, so I hope it holds up bc it's my new favorite thing!! ***Update*** One year later and I'm still in love! I've washed it a million times and it has held up wonderfully. Soft, cozy and comfortable. Suprisingly I was also able to sleep with it through the summer and not feel too hot. Full disclosure - I keep the temp at 68 year round, and I also sleep with a ceiling fan on for most of the year. ;)

The media could not be loaded. I had this comforter set years ago in the brown/tan underside. It was warm heavy and well put together. I had no problems with it and wanted to get the same comforter again…which lead me to this purchase. Idk what happened with the manufacturing recently, but I washed it and put it in the dryer (Samsung front loaders) and this mess occurred. I cannot have this everywhere so I will be returning. Back to the drawing board…

I love this comforter. It's sexy-chic! I got the beige and it's the perfect neutral for our room. Super soft. I don't think I would call it a comforter. It's more of a fur topped thick blanket. Two down sides - mine has a "snake" bulge going through it. It's either from the way it was folded in transit or the stuffing is bunched. I hope I can "massage" it out, but I can deal instead of the hassle of sending it back. And I REALLY wish manufacturers would take into consideration the size of the new mattresses and toppers. They are not the same mattresses of yesteryear! It's way too short (width) wide for our bed. I pull it longer on the side that you can see as you enter the room but it's almost six inches too short to lay even on the other side.

I just recently purchased this set for the second time, the first time was about 2.5 years ago. That should tell you two things--One, I absolutely LOVE the way it looks and my room decor does not work without it and two, it doesn't exactly have a long shelf life. This is partially my fault though, as I washed it in the washing machine (cold water and mild heat in the dryer), but the ideal choice is to have it dry cleaned. So if you want to keep it around for a longer amount of time, it really does need to be babied. It loses that glorious soft, slippery texture that it has and starts to get this odd almost matted texture to it.

This is one of the softest faux furs I have ever felt. It is also light weight so you don’t get smothered. It is so beautiful that it just makes the room. Definitely recommend.
