The ONE TOUCH (Vero Reflect)
Me and my wife use this one touch Verio reflect and as far as accuracy , well my sugar dropped to 32 I was feeling like passing out so I did the test which told me 32 , I always carry a GO2(Kit) with me for low sugar, this machine was right on and my wife has diabetes and hers was 287 which she was feeling a little woozy so she did the test which showed 287, I would say The accuracy is straight up no slow, The test strips seem to work really well I did find out if I don’t give it enough blood, it shows up as put a new test strip in and then once I give it enough blood It reads correctly The lancers that came with the kit do not work for me. I had to use the 23G needle because of my hands have calluses from working but my wife’s it works perfect with what came with the kid with the lances. her hands are basically dish pan hands very soft so it worked extremely well for her. I just wish they had more test strips than 30 there should be 100 there is enough room in that bottle but all in all These units Will be with us for the rest of our lives I did buy a brand new one just for a back up if one gives out and also got extra batteries which is available on Amazon and you get eight of them for a decent price, I don’t know about everybody else, but it really does his job and I don’t care if it’s just one number or two numbers off. It’s close enough for me and my wife that it does save our lives. at least we know what the number say we better get on the ball and do something about it so we don’t have to call EMS. I hope all of your units work, the same as ours because they are a lifesaver. Good luck and keep Lansing. Just make sure you give it enough blood and mine has worked every time And also my wife’s which we have been married for 27 years, I am going to full life, All of you take care of yourself and 🤞 Good luck - PS- I took a picture of my kit which I have enhanced using a BRAUN hair cutting case, found another one similar to this case on Amazon, which is an empty case to store these haircutters Around eight dollars, At least I don’t have to worry about running out of anything if I’m out on the road and get stuck somewhere for a few days or more I hope the photos help you.

Convenient all in one holder no need for a case or to open one.
I'm new to this but this machine is simple and convenient to use. The meter, lancer and bottle of test strips all clip into a plastic holder, it even has a belt clip on the back. For testing the only thing, you need remove from the clip is the lancer. I just tested myself twice in a row and had two readings of 127...so I guess its accurate. The two things I don't like is the cost of the strips. $.50 per strip. if you are testing 4 times a day you blow through a can of 30 in a week. But I suppose you pay for accuracy and repeatability? The only other thing, though minor is the lance is dialed up to its max of 7 to penetrate the side of my finger. I've gotten use to pressing it slightly into my finger, otherwise it bounces uselessly off my skinIt also has a full apple symbol for before meals indication and an eaten apple symbol for after a meal reading. It has other things like averages, summaries once you have enough readings to summery. It is easy to use and navigate through the screens,I was considering buying another meter which uses cheap stirps but not sure if they are dependable. I figure once my level comes down, I won't be testing so often so will be cheaper that way too.

Product information is false, "complete" kit requires additional purchase
The product information states: "Complete Diabetes Testing Kit: Includes 1 OneTouch Verio Reflect Blood Sugar Meter, 30 OneTouch Verio Test Strips, 30 OneTouch Delica Plus lancets, and 1 OneTouch Delica Plus lancing device – everything you need for everyday blood sugar monitoring and testing." Anyone reading this would believe that this kit includes "everything you need" as it states. In fact, we opened the instruction book and the first thing we read was this:"Available separately:Items pictured below are required but may not be included in your kit. They are sold separately. Refer to your meter carton for a list of included items."These two items, Level 3 and Level 4 control solution, are not included in the "complete" testing kit. Purchased separately, they add an additional $26.00 to the cost of the "complete" kit. This is absolutely false advertising and should not be permitted. A complete kit, ready for use, should actually be complete.

Updated: It works but
Update: Customer service contacted me and helped me with this situation. I believe I had a bad batch of strips. They were very helpful and made things right. I appreciate them and will keep this meter since it is working much better with the new bottle of strips.I was really excited to get this meter as my other meters were getting quite old. While it works good most of the time, the test strips are ridiculously sensitive. By that I mean I get an error almost every time I check my sugar. I received this meter on Saturday and started using it on Sunday. I check my sugar 4 times a day. It is now Tuesday and I am out of the strips that came with the kit because I keep getting errors on the test strips. I get the Error #4 which suggests that something happened with the blood on the strip. It is either too much blood on the strip or the test strip moved after the blood was applied. I have never had so much trouble getting a drop of blood on a test strip in my life. I like the app and I like how the meter tells me if it's too high or too low; however, I am about ready to return the meter because of this issue. Those test strips cost entirely too much for it to be erroring out like that. I wish I would have gone with the other brand I liked that cost less, but I was talked out of it because it was not a name brand. I am very disappointed!
