When the diaper pail is closed and product is inserted into filter slot you won’t smell anything, however when opening and closing pail you will smell previous diaper odors.

It didn’t do nothing, it didn’t have any smell I’ll prefer to buy another one that have a good smell

Coming up on a month using the first insert and it does help reduce the amount of smell. I paired this with non scented diaper plastic bags… if you had this and scented bags… probably would have very little smell of at all coming from the pale. Baby boy is 6 months old. Maybe the smell will change when he starts to eat more “solids”. We shall see
