Don't waste your money. Bought this phone as a cheap replacement, looks OK on initial unpackaging, placed sim in all OK so far..then when you go to add an existing Google account for using Google play for your apps, you get the message cannot connect to Google server. Sent a second phone same issues. Great they offered a replacement phone, but same issue and then when you ask for your money back, they're happily refund you, after you pay to send the product that's faulty back to them. Seriously don't bother with this phone, it will only bring you inundated problems from the beginning.

Purchased as a gift for my mother to replace a non-smart mobile. Really not difficult to use and mainly setup straight out of the box. Bleeps when battery getting low. Settings adjusted so that the pin is not required whilst mobile is in her residence-very handy. Also has face & fingerprint recognition for ease of access. Ideal low-cost solution.

purchased for my son for a simple phone first off the cameras might look good but its actually one camera on the back mot the three two of them are just stick on lenses. when installing the sim was simple but took forever as it seemed the phone was working on other things/ after reviewing this it turns out it was full of apps that are NOT part of the normal android system, there must of been about 12 that i have not heard of before and loads of process running in the background. turns out half are malware encouraging my 11 year old to add a friend of whom is offering sexual services, once a hard format and reinstall of android it seemed to clear all of this. im not normally one to complain and try to resolve things without going through the complaint channels. however after 1 month its no longer holding battery. PLEASE STAY CLEAR of this device. and keep away from any child

I bought this mobile phone to tide me over when my huawei broke but I'm really disappointed with it.The phone has so many ads that I can't stop even when I'm texting the ads pop up on the screen and stop me from texting,I missed an important call the other day due to the ads as I was unable to exit them and answer the phone which was so frustrating.I even tried to download an ad blocker from play store but was unable ?The phone doesn't lock properly so it can call people whilst in my pocket or bag and the 3G network doesn't work properly when outside.This phone is definetly not worth the price I paid for it and I would like a refund ! I can send the phone back to yourselves if needed.

I bought this as a cheap replacement for my sons broken mobile phone it was very slow to load anything and after three days the screen froze and I was able to use it so I returned would not recommend buying this

I can't seem to get my phone data to work on this phone can't download some of the apps that I need not sure if I need to sim cards to make the phone data work overall rating is 3 stars would be more if I was able to download the apps that is needed and the biggest issue is not being able to use my phone data

I've read some absolute glowing reviews on this phone so took a chance and unfortunately I'm unable to give an in depth review because the phone wouldn't charge with any wire I tried. The screen just kept flashing so after 10 mins I tried to turn it on but it hadn't charged at all. Returning it straight away.

I received this item yesterday. It charged very quickly and is holding it`s charge. It is very neat and easy to handle, and seems to be doing everything well
