I am taking Boniva and needed a good source of Vit D. This product is easy to swallow, tasteless, and I hope a good source of Vit D.

My bones haven't been the strongest and my doctor says I have to get more calcium. Unfortunately, I don't drink milk or eat cheese so I know my calcium intake levels are low. I'm an avid runner and go hiking quite often. The past year I've felt discomfort during these long hikes in my joints so I looked for something that could supplement my joints and bones. With this, I've already been feeling better on my long hikes and I feel stronger which is the best part. I take a few of these a day now and so far I've had no problems! I highly recommend it.

I'm quite certain that just one bottle of bone matrix was at play for strengthening my teeth. I used to struggle with enamel issues—sharp pain whenever something cold touched my teeth, and under certain lighting, I could even see cracks, which really worried me. But after a few months of invested dental care, I can confidently say the pain is gone, and the cracks are now barely noticeable. My teeth feel harder and fuller.

I started taking bone matrix to help with calcium intake (and absorption) while on my animal-based diet. I don't eat a lot of dairy, and I often get leg cramps at night and sometimes throughout the day. After just a few days after taking bone matrix my leg cramps have disappeared! It's been a few weeks now of taking bone matrix and it's the only note-able thing i've changed in my diet/routine. I'm a believer and definitely recommend for anyone who worries about their calcium intake!!
