Hands-down, tangibly helps me with my anxiety and moods. Somebody recommended these to me years ago when I worked in the corporate world and would experience illogical anxiety some days and I would feel almost panic in the morning when I woke up for work. And then, I hands-down tangibly noticed the difference as well as the person who recommended it to me. So took it every day of my work life. But I've been a stay-at-home mom for years and didn't think I needed it anymore. But lately I've noticed that I do, in fact, have illogical anxiety and sad mood swings, etc - for no good reason. So I decided to try it again and after taking it for a week or two, I suddenly noticed I wasn't having those feelings anymore. BTW, I drink special energy drinks that provides me literally thousands of percents of some B vitamins - so I wouldn't have thought that a B-150 vitamin would help me since I'm already drinking mass quantities of Bs. BUT, these vitamins DO help, and I'm so grateful. I tell everyone I know who suffers from anxiety to try this!! Update: my husband has suffered from anxiety/depression his whole life, especially in regards to work. I added this to his daily anti-depressants and tangibly notice a difference!! Things that would send him spiraling into deep angst now often just frustrate him but doesn't get him mired down into deep emotional state of incapacity. No, he's not cured but I DO notice a difference and I'll take it!! P.S.: A few things to mention: In my experience, it HAS to be B-150... not B-50, not B-100. Must be B-150!! Unfortunately they are getting harder to find! Also, I've never once experienced the boost of energy other people mention experiencing - not in the slightest - and I sooo wish that I would get energy from them! (Also, I do wish they were not time-release because that means I can't cut them in half for my son who is also on anti-depressants but cannot swallow large pills.)

Had blood work done and have taken 3 bottles of this B complex and my B's are low. Dr suggests doubling will be doing blood work again in 3 months so well see. If no improvement I'll be switching brands.
