How many keys can the front-door box hold?

Mine was only able to hold two but maybe even that was too many because the door to mine just broke for some reason and won't stay shut :(

Is this lock box waterproof- will the combination dials still work after being secured to an outdoor iron fence? Thanks.

It is waterproof. You can see in the picture the dials and the opening. As long as you can access both, it should be okay.

What prevents someone other than the owner from using the "change screw" to alter the "schackle" or "key door" combination?

Assuming that I fully understand your question: The lock has two combinations. One for the shackle, and another for the Door. The owner should not reveal the shackle combination which is required to change the door combination. Also, you need the shackle combination to remove the lock's upper U shaped attachment from the door.

Are the listed dimensions for this lock box correct? Is this item really 8.3x7.4x 0.8 inches? Seems way big.
