Good product, horrible instructions
The media could not be loaded. The bands, and assorted grips, anchor, etc seem to be of good quality, and as described..I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and I bought this to add to my Physical Therapy ( my Dr. approved). However, the instruction booklet for lack of a better word is a joke..4 " pages" about 1.5 inches x 2.5 inches each that requires a magnifying glass to be able to see.

Doesn't Feel Like I Think 150# Should
I use resistance bands, hanging from the ceiling in my workout room, for lat work and tricep extentions. I had one of my old bands break, so I needed to replace it. All the old ones are individuals with their own handles, making me have to hold on to 5 at once. Initially, in theory I thought 150# sounded great and more than enough. In practice, not so much. In fact, I have added this whole cluster to the remaining ones that were there. Yeah, there is a little more resistance than what was there, but not what was expected. They don't appear to be longer so I don't think it is that, i.e. changing the point of max resistance.I do like the carabiners allowing for a single handle on each end. They appear to be well put together and the mounting options are nice. Just not quite as much resistance as I had hoped.

Easy to use
My wife and I usually go to the gym together, but she is often finished before me, and so I wanted the bands as a supplement to do some additional exercises. I am not a body builder per se; just someone who wants to stay fit.I've only had the set a short while, but they perform as listed. The bands are indeed graduated in resistance. The door jam holds the weights in place and has not (at least not yet) marred the door in any way. I have not used the ankle bands yet as I am focused on upper body.Everything fits tidily into a cloth bag but I don't think the bag will last very long. The bands are numbered by resistance, but you have to search to find the marking. They are in labels at the ends of the resistance bands. Printing is small but it is there. The package is small enough to use to travel. Also you don't need to take every band with you when you travel so it is even more versatile. There is also a very small exercise guide but honestly it is not necessary if you are used to exercising.

Convenient

In a Covid world, these will fill in a gap at a good price!
The media could not be loaded. In a Covid ravaged world... a world where no gyms are open or safe, where no dumbbells exist anywhere, we turn to resistance bands! They are affordable, and provide the next best thing to the alternatives right now.I personally use these exclusively for shoulder workouts. I can do a more effective workout for the other muscle groups using my body weight, or other found objects. For that purpose, this is the best we can do.When we return to normal I won’t be using these bands much, but they will be nice to have on a lazy day.Specifics about this product-Positive -- I like that the bands can clip on or off to the handle to add or subtract weight on the fly. On the should press I put almost every band on there, but for smaller movements I sometimes just use one light band.- I like that it comes with a door attachment.- They seem like a high quality band. Time will tell, but so far so good.Bad -- the little attachment that is meant for things like “kick backs” and other leg moves, doesn’t actually stay on. The Velcro rips right off. It is a useless add on because of that- The bag that these came in could be a little bigger.

Avoid - Product is hopeless
I had had my previous set of bands (Reebok) for quite some time so I thought it was time for some new ones and bought these.3 sets into my first training session the band broke. They are not fit for purpose and should be avoided. It looks like the same product is sold on here under multiple names so buyer beware. It was as if the door anchor just cut through the band.Hopelss
