Title, basically. I noticed that heat from my cup/carafe would affect the readings (it would climb slowly), so I added a silicone mat on top, and the problem went away. Fantastic value, if you don't need the "smart" features on a $200 scale.

Has a very handy timer to time Your extraction and alongside the weight. Very easy to use. Measures and ounces. I compared the measurement with another coffee scale that I use for beans and it seems spot on. I do however recommend setting it on flat surface and recalibrating with tare every single time. This is common practice anyway. Do unit uses two AAA batteries which it comes with. But I highly recommend putting in some high quality AAA batteries. I don't have an expensive espresso setup... And this is a pretty accurate scale to fit into my budget setup.
