My recliner is less than two years old, so it was disappointing to find the handle broken. Luckily, I was able to purchase a replacement from Amazon. I made two attempts with generic replacements, but neither of them fit my recliner. This one fits perfectly and the plastic is a good match for the original handle. I'm glad I was able to get it to work because the recliner is a good one. This saved me from spending hundreds on a new recliner! Thank you!

I wish the couch came with metal levers, instead of plastic. I was so happy to find replacements without having to buy new furniture. These are made of metal and were easy to replace (even by someone not so mechanically minded like myself). The are made of metal and shouldn't break like the original ones. Definitely a good value for the money.

The existing handle is plastic so I went with the plastic rather than the metal on this purchase considering the fact the original lasted 4 years before the cable snapped. The handle is still in perfect condition but having never done this before I wanted to keep this as simple as possible. So, I installed the new handle w/cable combination and it works perfectly and if I snap another cable (or if the handle breaks) from all the use my reclining loveseat gets, I already have a replacement due to the fact that I purchased the very reasonably priced 2-pack. 👍

Had some trouble figuring out how to secure the wire to the pull handle while also adjusting length. Came without instructions, but I’m only a little mechanically inclined and did figure it out. Took only a few minutes each. We have 2 couches each with 2 recliners and half had broken so we traded all 4 out to metal handles. Would recommend! Paid for itself in renewed value of both couches.

Chairs came with cheap plastic handles without springs. Didn’t last two months before breaking. These were direct fit replacements and should come standard on new chairs. Solid and work with great ease!
