WAV file transfer does not work - solved
Got unit today and it is a used one. Requested a replacement from seller right away. Tried the WAV file import feature and it does not work at all. I use the same WAV file I converted for for the GR55 - 16-bit, 44100 and clear metadata WAV file. Read all the online reference and use name as W005.WAV; W005 etc in the corresponding folder and no luck at all. May be unit is defective. Manual is not very useful and have t count on online reference for now. Send an email to NUX and ask for help. Let's see whether they come back. If not then game over !Update 08/19/18 - Found the official WAV file converter at the NUX website 'FormatConverter.exe". Does not work either.Update 08/19/18 - Manufacturer and re-seller all returned messages and solved the problem. Turns out the official converter works for 24-bit also. No other converters can produce a working 24-bit wav file. Now files from the official converter works in memory location. Filename should be Wxxx.WAV where Wxxx is the folder name . Also tested the transfer between memory banks during play and there seem to be no lag. This by itself already worth the investment. 5 stars according to support response time and performance Another star (6th) for the price.

NMP-2 footswitch problems
I had trouble getting the footswitch to work at first. I tried using 9v power supply, and also passive mode (just put switch in open position no power supply). Now I have finally figured out how it works. You do not need a power supply with the NMP-2. Just leave the switch in the middle, open. Connect a 1/4" mono cable from output A to CTRL In on the looper, but turn looper on before you do this. Now pressing the A footswitch will stop (and clear) loops.Get a 1/4" stereo cable (TRS jacks) and plug into B/A output and CTRL In on looper. Now the A and B footswitches will allow up/down memory channels.Too bad their documentation is so crummy! Took me a while to figure out.
