I use Standard Process supplements for my entire family. They’re AMAZING and they help heal so many different ailments-even those that your doctor will tell you are impossible to heal.Mr Nacho is our 9 year old fixed male kitty. Right around Christmas I noticed that he was getting skinny and his behavior seemed off. Before I had a chance to take him to the vet he was trying to pee, but it was apparent that he couldn’t, as he was trying to urinate in any vessel that was in front of him. I happened to have this product as well as Kidney Gold and it worked overnight-he could pee again! But we weren’t out of the woods yet. He refused to eat these items mixed in with his food, so it was a bit touch and go for a bit before I became wise and started administering it thru a syringe. I also added chicken baby food to the mix to give him a little extra something to help fatten him up. Within a couple of weeks he was well enough to play outside again. I gave him one pill along with Kidney Good twice daily, and eventually added Epaktin to the mix. He never went to the vet, but to be honest I had to make an executive decision. I know that if I took him in they would have suggested I put him down. He had sunken eyes, barely moved-Mr Nacho was a mess. It’s now nearly three months later and he’s catching mice and birds again (he actually caught a mouse three weeks after escaping death). He’s now on a renal diet and doing quite well. I feed him the Tiki brand Silver food.

My 16-year-old Savannah (half African Serval and half Egyptian Mau) cat has had chronic UTI’s for several years. I started giving this to her about 4 months ago. For the last year her kidney values were deteriorating slowly. After having her on this about 4 months her kidney values actually improved and she’s not had the first UTI! She is currently on Palladia, a chemo drug for adenocarcinoma, a very aggressive and incurable cancer. She is also on Dr Mercola’s mushroom complex which I started about 5 weeks ago. She has lived 3 months beyond her best case prognosis of a year and is thriving. Her appetite is good, she still plays sometimes, and she’s social and engaged in life. You could never know she is 16 as her coat looks glossy and healthy and her eyes are bright and she’s in no pain. She is being treated by the University of Florida Vet School where they have decided to monitor her even more closely for research purposes due to her surviving this aggressive cancer for this long, because it’s rare for her to survive and still be thriving at this point. She was diagnosed in December 2021 after an emergency surgery where they found a cancerous mass in her intestine which was removed. I believe this supplement has helped her tremendously and my regular vet is on board with it as well. I will keep giving this to her. I crush it and add it to her canned food with water. I’m very happy for this success and having found this supplement. I had her on Dr Mercola’s Bladder Support for almost a year and it effected no change so I tried this and it works!

My 2 geriatric cats love this. One of the very few supplements I can get them to eat. I mix it with a treat and they lick the bowl clean. When I have been able to give it to them 2 x a day, they drink less water than if they don't get it. Yes there have been a few times that I have missed giving them their supplements. I have noticed a little less peeing too. Their appetites are improving and so are their attitudes.Standard Process has been around a long time and has an excellent reputation. Having used their human supplements I know what I can expect from using them. This product I think is really helping my aging cats.

My cat will actually eat these by themselves without being hidden in other foods

It took me about a week to introduce this to my cat. I bought a twisting pill crusher to mix in her food. I transitioned her over to a wet diet and have been adding these to her meals.She won't eat solid pills so they must be crushed. She is on wet renal food, kidney support gold, a probiotic, and this.It has been a difficult 3 weeks to get her to used to the supplements and new food but I think this does work. At this stage, I noticed many positives: She has an appetite and wants to eat small meals through out the day. She is not vomiting every day...or nauseous from her ckd. She is playful. She doesn't sleep all day. She enjoys bringing me her toys. She is more social with us. She still drinks a lot of water and pees a lot.I'm looking forward to continuing using this supplement for my girl.

I use this brand not only for my cat, but for myself. My cat had to get emergency vet treatment for a kidney problem due to aging. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to have him treated again this way but I am trying my best to prolong his life by giving him the best nutrition possible, which includes this product. So far he has lived well over a year after coming home from the vet and he looks great, so I'm hoping he still has far to go, with partial thanks to Standard Process and his prescription pet food.
