Using to increase bone density. Also got rid of back pain

Great purchase....one thing I'm not sure about...
I love my powerplate but was surprised it only runs for 30 or 60 seconds at a time. I wanted to use it for 10 minutes and have to keep pressing start. Is this timer to protect me or the product. Otherwise very happy with the powerplate.

Not good for scoliosis!
This machine actually made my scoliosis worse and caused pain in my mid back which I never had before.I do not recommend this product.

This plate was too powerful for in home use
I decided to return this power plate it vibrated my whole house. The plate I chose to keep was much quieter.
