Love this product, good for keto baking and to put in greek yogurt.

Great for gut health without the sugar.
Everything you need for gut health without all the sugar like most other brands. It works great, the taste in not off-putting. It smells like freshly baled hay, but is vary faint. I mix one tablespoon with enough water to make it the consistency of applesauce that I drink in a couple of mouthfuls, then I drink the rest of the 16.9 ounce bottle I use to mix it with.

I’ve used this psyllium for years to add fiber to diet
This psyllium mixes easily with water- I use 2 rounded teaspoons with 16 ounces of water. I’ve taken plain psyllium for decades.

I believe this has less lead content compared to other brands
I have IBS C for the past 15 years and I am taking psyllium husk since then. Any brand will work for me but I recently came to know Yerba brand has less lead content compared to other brands. So I am buying it
