Phone talking is weak, but overall it’s very good.

I have had my Shure SE215 for several years now and have transitioned from the cord, to the BT1 cable, now to the TW-1s and I love these. The sound is better in my opinion then the BT1 and battery is superior as well. They are very comfortable and I really like the ability to turn off the noise canceling and hear people without having to take them out of my ear. I also like the case that charges the units. It lasts about a week for me with about 4-5hrs/day of use before I have to recharge the whole thing. These are also the first bluetooth that I can make a call and not have people complain about the background noise in the loud factories I work in. Yes it would be nice to have audio calls in both ears but its a minor issue. I wore a bluetooth earpiece for years so its similar to that. Overall very happy with the product!

Read a lot of reviews before I took the plunge. For a layman I have never had or used anything that sounded like this. The noise cancelling feature is a little misleading though as it is just an ear plug and not like the Bose that actually electronically suppress outside noise. Still, I can't get over the sound quality.

Dopo due ricariche complete, ancora una volta trovo che l’auricolare destro di scarica molto prima di quello sinistro. Li ho solo usati per ascoltare musica e solo un 5/6 minuti con la modalità suono ambiente attiva. Che sia colpa dell’ultimo firmware oppure è una tristezza di prodotto?!?
