This device is not light in weight
This device is heavier than I expected. Might be a bit of a challenge for the weak to use it.Remember to remove both nuts from the dial/wheel if not using it in manual mode. Otherwise the nutsmay hamper its operation.Keep it stored away from moisture. A lot of cables to deal with. I store mine in a dufflebag with the cables, and the D rings, snatch block and tow straps I bought.Not complicated to hook up and use.Loud cranking noise when in use.

Little under powered
Overall it did what I bought it for. It struggled to pull 400lb stripped golf cart up a ramp.One thing to check before using. Pull cable all the way out. Mine wasn't spooled correctly at all. To keep cable in good shape pull all the way out then respond correctly.I don't feel the ratings are correct. Shouldn't have struggled pulling 400lbs rolling weight. Got the job done though.

J'aime ce produit, bonne capacité , silencieuse , d'ailleurs j'en ai trois , une sur mon Jeep Wrangler de 8000 lbs que j'ai acheté en 2013 , et deux sur mon VTT . Je m'en ai servi plusieurs fois celle de mon Jeep et je n'ai jamais eu de problÚme a me sortir des trous de boues , et les deux autres de mon VTT je m'en sert été comme hiver avec ma gratte
