What is expiration date?

my pack had an expiration date of 12/2027....same as you would see on batteries in a retail store....usually 8-10 years.

Are these the smaller versions

never heard of a smaller version.

When we received the package the packaging was damaged and there were no batteries inside. What do we do?

I've noticed that the descriptions of what was received seems to be the same vendor to vendor. Makes me wonder if there is only a single vendor with many names. My batteries were received in a soft shipping bag with a cheap thin brown box inside. The batteries were loose because one end of the box was not taped shut. There were 24 AAs and only 22 AAAs. There are no dates on individual batteries. They went back to Amazon.

Poor QC, Maximum Profits!

They all leak and destroy your equipment. Sometimes within a week, sometimes within a year. Better off with Panasonic. They may last less but then they're cheaper too. Duracell are equally worse. One is Made in Singapore while the other in China. Neither offers any customer support or substantial help. Max they will do is offer you a new pack of cells which will leak AGAIN.
