Are there two filters and a gasket that come with the order

Yes. I comes with the engine mounted filter and the frame mounted filter. It also comes with the gasket/o-ring for the frame mounted filter.

Does this come with the o-rings for the water separator drain? not the big one that seals the housing. i mean the two little ones on the drain. thanks
