Ice Nine Kills: Inked in Blood Paperback – June 22, 2021

I definitely enjoyed the art style and the story behind the graphic novel based on one the band’s album and if enjoyed Ice Nine Kills u will enjoy this so much

Since I am able to approach this as unbiased as possible, this ended up being exactly what I was looking for.You know, I can't exactly called myself a huge INK fan... YET, but I am friends with a lot of people who are. So I was curious when I happened to stumble across this while out on vacation. I was unable to grab a copy then but it's been on my wish list since. So, I finally caved and snagged myself a copy. I was not anywhere NEAR disappointed.Now I will do my best to keep this review as spoiler free as possible. The concept idea, A super teen fan who happens to get bullied. I won't say that initially drew me in. It's the band and what little I knew of them. I've only watched a few of their music videos. I pushed a really good buddy of mine to meet a couple of the band mates after buying some of the merch (also pleased with those purchases). They seemed really nice! I just had to give this a chance anyway.I'd say this was more like a love letter to the fans of all ages. I also enjoyed the art with the story. It turned out to be a more than just a mystery to solve. Spencer's fiance murdered and Spencer the prime suspect? A super fan now wants to seek justice and help prove his innocence? Color me impressed. I will say the lead character Heather is likable. There is character development in her by the end.But there are questions I would like to be answered. However, I think that is all part of the charm. I just really, really hope they expand on this somehow, because I would gladly continue reading. Even if it doesn't continue with Heather (I wonder if that's a Silent Hill 3 reference), it was well written and the art flowed wonderfully. I truly believe this will do well with more.

1. The Quality- So as of complaints I've seen on other books (not sold by this company) not does NOT have- Ripped Pages- Missing Pages- Bent or folded in any wayIts condition was perfect.2. Customer ServiceI was impressed at the response time and kindness of the company, even though the information I needed wasn't really about the product directly, I got a fast and great response, it felt like they cared3. The Comic itself I'm not counting any “points” toward the review for this, but the art at some points wasn't my style while others were AMAZING, and the story seemed kind of... Plain? Don't get me wrong, it is a good story but it just felt close to a lot of others that have been done before. But still good work, it was entertaining and a killer of a graphic novel.Thank you for reading

I loved this graphic novel. It's exactly what you'd expect from one coming from Ice Nine Kills.

Buy this graphic novel. I loved reading it and it's a great way to support the band. The story is really good and it keeps you engaged. Very well written. 10/10 for sure.❤ I personally was a bit sad that I wasn't able to get this at either of their trinity of Terror shows that I attended, but ordering it online wasn't the end of the world. Both shows I went too they completely sold out, so get it while you can and enjoy the show!

INK killed it with this graphic novel. Absolutely love it. If you have triggers of violence and blood, please take caution if reading.

Worth it, it is awesome, and I hope they make more in the future. Wish there was more song of theirs and more gore, but overall nice plot twists, calling all ice nine kills psychos

Honestly a fun story, great for fans!I really hope they continue the series, maybe even make a graphic novel adaptation of their cinematics as well? That would be dope!Either way, looking forwards for more <3

Nice read, the storyline is interesting and the drawings are really intense and detailed. It's nice to have a different type of content from the band and I would love to read another book from them (let's say each album has It's own book, that would be fun).
