Purchased this particular USB ethernet converter because of the price. Received the item as expected, but the seller went above my expectations with an email explaining how to install the device on my computer. Very helpful. Had no issues installing the necessary drivers on my computer and the ethernet converter works nicely. Have not used the USB hub yet, so I cannot comment on those, but the ethernet converter is the reason for my purchase and so far I am happy with the device.

The ethernet port works OK. The USB ports are a different story. If you have just 1 thing hooked up, it works at 2.0 speeds or slower. Two things plugged in is got or miss. Transferring between 2 devices is almost impossible or at least very flaky. Three devices at once makes it angry. Windows (10) wants to scan & fix everything and you can forget transferring data. It's much faster to remove the hub, copy to hard drive, remove device, plug in second device, copy from hard drive to 2nd device, and finally delete from hard drive. I'm going to try another brand and pitch this one in the unused gizmo drawer. Too bad it's too late to return it.

I love it! I enjoy the the hub and being able to directly connect my laptop via ethernet cable w/ a WIFI box! (My laptop is a thin one and did not come with ethernet slot.) I did not need to use the mini CD (with drivers) that came with it.

It lives as long as a fruit fly. The RJ45 converter died after a few months.

Wish the ethernet port worked. Wrote before, no instructions and I'm not a novice. Just to bad. I have a Belkin that works great right from box.

I'm not much of a tech person but when traveling I needed more places to plug stuff into my computer. I saw this Hub and had the opportunity to purchase at a discount in return for an honest review. Glad I did. It works. For me, that's enough! It's well built so it should be able to handle travel.

Keeps disconnecting constantly / almost unusableI don't know if I got a bad unit but I'm returning this

The device worked great for a couple of months and then stopped work. This is the second one that I had to send back. The first one stopped working after 3 days. So I wouldn't recommend it.
