I had my boy put this on the couch for me. I'm handicapped now and I can't stand up from the couch. Too low. And the sagging makes it worse. So, I got this. My boy felt the difference and he doesn't sink so much. It's still too low for me. But for sagging, it helped. If you're a really large person, this won't help much. The concept is good. It would be nice if they made a more heavy duty (thicker) version that doesn't fold up with a high weight capacity. That would help for those of us who don't sit up perfectly straight and forward on our couches.

When positioned perfectly and sitting in just the right spot on the couch, they work! Otherwise, they are too narrow and slippery to be effective. They migrate under the cushions rendering them useless. I understand what the reviewers are saying now when they state that two of them paired together work well. Why not sell them as a two-pack for whatever the cost so that we consumers feel like we have bought an effective product?

I bought this to try to fix a sagging cushion. It did not help at all. It is very flimsy and offered no extra support. Very disappointed in this product. I do not recommend it at all.

Sometimes DIY doesn't make sense. After using old planks of wood, discarded dining chair pads or old bed pillows on my couch I finally had enough slipping, sliding and unhappy buttocks and ordered this. Simply put I should have done this two years ago! It works, I sit comfortably and I definitely don't need a new couch now.

This item is a well built product for helping reduce sagging couch cushions. My couch cushions are not really sagging but I wanted this to firm up the couch for those times I sleep on my couch or take short naps. If I could improve anything about this item, it would be to increase the height (top to bottom) by two or three inches. Otherwise it is fine and is better than a number of these products I have used in years past.

I didn’t measure my couch because it showed a 3 cushion couch. Well the product doesn’t even cover half the seating area of the couch. A board will do a better job. Noticed no difference when sitting down. Do not waste your money.

My couch was sagging where it got a lot of use. This product was the perfect fix to get it back to where I can sit and feel comfortable. I thought I was going to have to buy a new couch, but now I can get a few more years out of it. Thank you so much!

The product when I received it had the seal on casing coming apart exposing wood. I had to place a piece of strong tape to secure the plastic casing closed. It's not worth the price I paid $20 for the quality. I could of made something like this myself. The wood is thinner than I expected. I am using this piece under a camping cot that sags in the middle. I do have to use a couple of pillows as well to keep away sagging in the middle. Wished wood was thicker. I have seen better made support under sofa but they are pricey. Hope this lasts a while.
