What is the the smallest size these collapse to? I need a pair of crutches that will fit into a medium sized suitcase

Hi the crutches definitely don't go short enough for a medium size suitcase .

How do you know your correct height for setting crutches

They are adjustable, so you want the handle setting to be about your waist height, that is the most comfortable setting for mobility
