Q: Is this only a curved lame or can it be straight as well?

Hello :) Our bread lame is slightly curved allowing for the blade to be locked in perfectly with the right angle to slash dough in the best possible way. It’s curved after you put the straight double edge blade on the lame. It is supposed to be this way. You can do curves and straight lines for any design!
