I got these to deliver sound to Halloween/ Christmas animatronics and they do the job well enough for my needs. Units this size will never be HiFi but they don't trash the sound and are at a price point where you could deliver stereo if you wanted.If model trains are your thing then they could provide workplace sounds for your diorama..

I purchased these to use with a Picaxe microprocessor sound project and was not disappointed with the sound for the size. I also appreciate that they included a pin-type connector to facilitate connecting it to my project. I am glad they came in a 4-pack as I will be able to use them in several projects.

Exactly what I wanted.Nice and compact with good volume an sound.For model train layout horn sounds.

Despite being the same spec they are much quieter than a Dayton Audio 8ohm 3W. They actually sound the same as some 1W speakers I have.

These are ideal for small projects where a speaker is required. I have used a couple of these now and have 2 more ready for the next project.

sound is 4* and a bit tinny but 3w :) good enough for what i needed them for
