Tecs Men's Aquasock Water Shoe

I bought these water shoes for my husband , I had bought a pair for me. ,they fit perfectly, they don't slip off while swimming,. I ordered a size smaller (7) after reading some other reviewers ,they are not tight at all.My husband agrrees with me,they fit perfectly , his are also a size smaller than his normal shoes He says they are comfortable to walk on the pool side too.We highly recommend them.

These are inexpensive water shoes which are falling apart fairly quickly. I've used mine five or ten times, and they now have holes in them along the toes. I think this is because I stood on my toes in a swimming pool which has a somewhat rough floor. The treads on the soles are wearing away, too. The insoles came unglued after a few uses, so once in a while I have to shove them back into the shoes while I swim. When I pull my feet out, the insoles come out.A couple of weeks after ordering these, I came across a sale at Costco for some sneaker-like Speedo water shoes which were marked down to about eight dollars from fifteen or so. The Speedo insoles are also a bit loose, but in general, the shoes are much higher quality and have already outlasted the TECS shoes.I initially chose these because men's shoes tend to be wider than women's, and as a woman with slightly wide feet, I've been pinched by other mail-ordered water shoes. If you're in the same boat, try getting these two sizes smaller than your regular women's size (so, for example, if you normally wear a size 8 women's shoe, order a size 6 men's shoe). Since I was able to try on the Speedos at the store, I ended up with a women's shoe one full size up from my regular size (i.e. a 9 instead of an 8).

Purchased these for use at Holiday Worlds Waterpark, where I was for about 5 hours. Only used them while in the Waterpark.The good? Fit snugly for the size I ordered, I liked that. I have very sensitive feet and crummy ankles due to club feet, and these protected my feet from the hot sidewalks. Also like the zip cord on the back of them to tighten around ankles.The bad? No support of any kind and no heal padding (which isn't a surprise for something like this). Why this gets 2 stars however is that near the end of the 5 hours, I felt the inside under my foot feel loose. When I finally took them off, the "soles" (which is used in the loosest sense of the word) had become unattached and mangled from the shoe. In other words, they cannot be used again.

I haven't used these long enough to rate durability. They were heavier than expected. They are water shoes, not meant for all day comfort or arch support. Traction seems to be sufficient. Overall a good value for the money, but nothing spectacular.

I bought these to replace a pair of worn Oxide brand aquasocks. I accidentally bought a pair of sz 9 Oxide aquasocks. I ordinarily wear these as slippers with wool socks in the winter months, but may buy another pair for outdoor wear and water sports. The sole has uniform nubby bumps which appear to be very grippy.

They are water shoes, I use them for the gym pool, as the kind of flooring they have hurts my feet and these work well. They are about the right size. I have to stretch them a little to fit them, but I think anything larger and they would fall off. I hope to use them at the beach this year with my dog.

Do not buy. My son used these for 2 days and the rubber grips on the bottom wore completely off and there is a hole in the toe mesh area on one of the shoes. Very disappointing after the good reviews these had.

You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a cheap shoe that you can take on vacation, use for a few days, and then throw out, this is for you. The liner comes loose after a few wears, and the pebble-like shoe tread wears off pretty quickly. By the end of the week, the sole had worn nearly all the way through.

I bought these shoes to wear on the "soft" Sandy beaches of cuba for my vacation this month. 2 days into the trip and all the grip on the bottom of the shoes had worn off and holes were starting to form. In my opinion these are the cheapest shoes I have purchased and suggest to others they save there money and pass on this product. I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible for sand. The grip on the bottom is a sand magnet and they were impossible to clean.After about 15 minutes scrubbing at it in the change room, I just left them there.I'm sure these would be for rocky beaches, but not sandy ones.

I purchased the blue pair for my husband and the purple pair for myself for our honeymoon in Jamaica (December 2016). My husband is not much of a swimmer, so he stayed on the beach and only came into the water occasionally, which is why we were surprised that the insole on my husband's shoe came out after 2-3 days. For the remainder of our honeymoon, it was a struggle for him to wear the shoes. The insole would bunch up when he put his foot into the shoe or when he walked around - he had to constantly take his shoes off to readjust the insole. And when he would take the shoe off, the insole would come out as well. As the more active swimmer, I was worried my shoes would fall apart too, but luckily they didn't. Upon seeing another reviewer here, with the same problem, I would say TECS definitely has a quality issue. I will say when I contacted TECS (via Amazon) and complained, they exchanged my husband's shoes with no issues. Pretty great customer service! I guess we will see how well his brand new shoes and my once worn shoes hold up during our next beach holiday...

The little plastic grips on the shoes will wear off on the first day but its still better than walking barefoot over rocks. The sole will get all folded and out of place but I think that goes for all watershoe soles.

Compre 2 pares uno para mi esposa y otro para mí, se utilizaron 1 solo día, a ambos se les despegaron las plantillas y uno de los míos se rompió.Dejando de lado que visualmente hay otras marcas mejores por el precio yo esperaba mejor calidad.

Los compré para completar el envío gratis de oros zapatos, y se ven bien, de calidad aceptable. y lo mejor en la talla 10 que necesitaba.

I wear a 8.5 shoe so I figured I'd rather have a pair that was a little too large than one that was too small. The size 9 was well over an inch too big so I've ordered the size 8. The quality of the water shoes though feel really good and I can't wait to wear the new ones when I go on vacation.

Looks well made but the size 13 was way too big......I returned and reordered a smaller size. I finally got the exchanged size 12 for my size 13 feet and they fit great!

Perfect for rocky beaches and coral diving. They fell apart by the end of the trip. They seemed perfect but after 9 days of swimming and snorkelling and walking on rocky beaches the bottom of the shoes started to fall apart. Great for this trip but I don't imagine they will another one.

I ordered a 2 Large 10-14 North American style. My actual foot size is 9.5 and they will not fit. This the second pair I ordered because this problem.

Fine so far. The inserts came out, no big thing. The souls are worn away on the pool bottom. Daily use you would get a years worth with these shoes .
