I've had the one screen protector on since I got my watch and I am rough on electronics. I still don't see any visible scratches on the protector.

I gave four stars because these shields don’t fit the watch face entirely but they still work and look pretty cool!

Does not fit the face of the watch
I's give this zero stars if I could! First, it doesn't fit the whole face of the watch. Others had issues with that as well, so I knew it when I purchased it. HOWEVER, 1 week after I put it on, my watch cracked in 2 places - both happened to be on the edge [again, not protected]. My advise- find one that fits.
