Purchased to replace my hyper headset MIC, did not fit at all, wrong angle on jack and plastic moulding wrong shape stopping it from fitting. AVOID.

However, the redeeming factor is that it has soft enough plastic to be cut into the correct shape for the microphone input.

Good microphone but you need to know which one to buy.
There are two types of detachable microphones for HyperX Cloud headphones. My son has a headset with the other type. See pic. There is nothing wrong with this microphone as long as you choose the correct one for your headset. So ignore the bad reviews from people who didn't know what they were buying.
