Where is my welcome pack? There was not a welcome pack of coffee in the box as promised.

I ordered another one and hoped there was one in the new delivery there was so returned the first one

There is nothing on the capsule,no writing,no barcode just the nespresso logo

If its a genuine capsule the print should be on the foil top.

Which milk frother is included?

The machine uses pods and does not have a milk frother

can you buy reusable pods for these?

Not to my knowledge. The pods are all barcoded for the machine to identify the type of coffee, likely copyrighted to Nespresso.
