Cheap screen replacement. Worked perfectly
Worked perfectly. Really tough to remove the old adhesive but spend lots of time on that and it stays glued together really well.

DISAPPOINTING SCREEN REPLACEMENT – NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
I purchased this Screen Replacement Glass Touch Digitizer Repair Kit for iPad 6 (6th Gen 2018) – Black hoping for a smooth DIY fix, but unfortunately, this product fell short in multiple areas. From poor adhesion to touch calibration issues, this kit turned out to be more of a headache than a solution.⸻TOUCH ID DOES NOT FUNCTIONOne of the biggest letdowns is that Touch ID doesn’t work with this replacement. Even though it comes with a home button, it does not retain fingerprint functionality, which is frustrating. If you rely on Touch ID for security and convenience, this is a deal-breaker.⸻VERY POOR ADHESION – SCREEN WON’T STAY IN PLACEThe adhesive included is terrible. The screen barely sticks, and even after pressing it down firmly, it starts lifting at the edges within a few days. I had to buy extra adhesive just to keep it in place, which is something that shouldn’t be necessary with a proper repair kit.⸻TOUCH RESPONSE IS INCONSISTENT & NOT CALIBRATEDThis is by far the most frustrating part of the kit. The digitizer is not in sync with the screen, making it almost unusable. Typing is a nightmare because taps register in the wrong places, and dragging or swiping is unreliable. It makes simple tasks feel like a chore. I tried recalibrating, but it didn’t fix the issue.⸻BUILD QUALITY FEELS CHEAPThe glass itself feels flimsy and lower quality compared to the original screen. Even the included tools are poorly made and not very durable—the screwdriver stripped easily, and the prying tools were barely effective.⸻NOT WORTH THE PRICE – AVOID IF POSSIBLEAt this price point, I expected a functional replacement, but instead, I got a frustrating experience that wasted my time. Between the adhesion issues, poor touch response, and loss of Touch ID, I cannot recommend this kit. Spend a little more on a higher-quality replacement or take it to a professional.

Great product!
Very easy to work with and quality product. I was unsure as I read some reviews but I’m glad I made the purchase!

Great instructions
Bought for my son’s iPad. It was busted all over and spreading. Came with detailed instructions with pictures. The process itself was easy. What took the longest for my husband was cleaning the glue after taking the old screen off because he didn’t want to heat it, so he scraped the old glue off. You have to make sure you connect everything accordingly. It’s now working perfectly and looks amazing. Saved me a lot of money

Works, but a few flaws
It works, but the black levels are much worse and it's not sticking on the bottom and right side. Also wasn't the easiest to apply, but part of that was due to the original screen being cracked.Without a screen protector, it's very prone to fingerprints.

Awesome replacement!
I don’t have a before photo but the original ipad screen had been shattered for about 3 and a half years. I finally decided to try to replace it myself since these screen replacements were only $20 it wasn’t a major investment if it didn’t end up working. But about 2 hours start to finish (a lot of that from scraping and slowly getting the shattered glass off and the old adhesive removed) I’m so happy to have this iPad back to not being shattered anymore.I would suggest to get a video going of a screen replacement on YouTube to follow along with rather than just relying on the paper instructions.
