Quality Components and Engineering = Well Made Product!
High-quality product, well engineered, constructed with quality components for strength and longevity. Researched available options, decided this 24' Extend-A-Reach met all my purchase requirements (the physical product surpassed my expectations upon arrival). Purchased as an alternative to always having to drag out an extension ladder (to wash windows, remove wasp nests under eaves)....pleased to have this second option. Finally, I like supporting a family business whenever possible.

Life saver for painting walls.
This thing helped me save so much time. I paired this with an 18” roller bar to paint the walls in my new house. This took a an hour process all the way down to just over 15 minutes. It was easy to adjust and I did not get fatigued. Universal fit to any roller head.

Good reach!
Yes, of course the reach up to my 2nd story roof was awesome.The only dislike I have is the base is too fat with the foam around it. I do understand it's needed, just to much for me to hold onto.

Accomplished the goal
The pole helped me install my recessed lights. It accomplished the goal.

Light but a little flexible
It works extremely well. It does flex a fair amount when extended most of the way - it wouldn't be good for a heavy attached tool - but at the lengths this will stretch to, anything heavy would probably be unusable anyway. I used it to spot-paint the barn roof from a ladder, and it easily reached the roof peak.
