I'm new to needing extra arch support and these have been great. I agree the adhesive isn't great but once I decide I'm going to continue to use them in those shows, I use Gorilla double sided tape. I've also slipped them into my socks if I need to. They are not suitable for most sandals as the outside edge isn't covered.

Very comfortable, the sticker part doesn't stay if you move them but they stay well enough when I'm wearing the shoes so that my arches are comfortable. I have high arches and these help a lot

I bought these inserts for my slip-on shoes that do not have arches. The arched inserts work well because they can be repositioned until you fit them well to your individual foot. As others have noted, the sticky back doesn't seem to hold well enough. I had a roll of black duct tape so I used it to tape them into place. Works great!

Thickness and firmness of these little pads is good. I have a very high arch and it helps when I'm wearing high heels but the sticky part could be more sticky. Just make sure you clean the area of the shoe and dry well before putting them in cause anything like powder or cream will cause them to not stay in place. I will buy these again.

I’m so glad I found these! I have these shoes that I really like but they have absolutely no arch support so they were really hurting my feet. These arches work really well because they are comfortable and supportive and I can pull them off to move them and then they just stick back down again perfectly! I wasn’t sure I would like the feel of the material but it’s actually really comfortable. And it comes with three different colored pairs which is awesome. I don’t know if you can see from the photo but I put the arches up high like on the side of the shoe (because I have wide feet I guess) but they stick fine and work well. Very happy!

I have really high arches and was starting to feel some pain in my knees caused by the way I was walking. My chiropractor did a foot scan and recommended orthopedic shoes or insoles at the least. Neither was in the budget so I thought I'd try to figure something else out. I wear Adidas slides around the house, I'm at home most of the day. I put these on my slides, they felt a little too big at first but quickly molded to the shape of my arches. They have stayed adhered. When I leave the house and wear other shoes without these, I really feel the difference. My knees start throbbing and it is hard to walk. I will be putting these in all of my shoes and even sandals. I love the variety of colors . I'm not sure how well these will adhere to a fabric lining in sneakers but will just get double sided tape if they slip. I highly recommend these, they have saved me hundreds of dollars and I feel pain free when I use them.

I bought these bc I had bad foot farts in some of my shoes…. These fixed the problem with that but the sticky part of the insert is wearing off… I’ll have to find some glue or something to make them permanent
