Power Stretch Mesh Fabric Off White, Fabric by the Yard

I love it

The fabric is very nice . Medium weight, medium density, medium thick, soft & smooth (nit stiff hard or crisp, nice drape) - decent quality. HOWEVER it’s not a power mesh and more of a very stretchy - but not supportive or what you would consider sufficient for even light active applications. Possibly dance wear if used as lining or for draping or billowy skirts and tops. Not for sports bra/yoga tops or pants nor lingerie as it would not hold its shape and provide weak elastic and no support. But it’s not thin or extremely transparent so it would be nice for a swim coverup or for evening wear in dresses using sheer material that breath (or as overlays) and possibly linings for lace dresses/ loose stretch knitwear.

Was really soft and stretchy! color was super accurate! I used it to make a ballet skirt!

I got the end of the bolt and the amount of fabric will be super useful for a few projects that need a nude 4 way stretch fabric. It's pretty opaque and gives good coverage for wig lace fronts or peekaboo windows on outfits or costumes.

I love this fabric! Sheer, stretchy, resilient!

Not reliable

I noticed in some of the reviews that people complained about being shorted on fabric. I think the person measuring and cutting the pieces is stretching the fabric too much. I work with this type of fabric all the time and know that it is very easy to over stretch when measuring. I ordered 5 yards but when I measure the piece I received, it is 10" short . . . I got 4 yards and 26 inches. Measure twice and cut once people!
