A good book for 3rd graders

This is just to motivate my kid. He has to work on reading comprehension so that he can read and understand better as a 3rd grader.

Completely weird and inappropriate for children. 2 pages in and I was like, what in the world?! So disappointed as it’s too late for me to return and get a refund but hopefully I can save someone else the time and expense of buying this book!!

This is pretty decent. I think whoever wrote the stories needs to remember that this book is for third graders. Heck there were words in some of the stories that I didn’t even know.I would not purchase again. I expected more tips of learning comprehension and to make it more fun. A lot of kids don’t like reading hence terrible at comprehension which is my son. It needs to be equal boy and girl entertaining stories to keep them active in this.
