Product seems to do what it's supposed to do. I suggest self regulate Mg intake by taking fewer pills if you have the runs.

Yes you read correctly! I was used to have a lot of heart PVC before starting to take this supplement. After some medicines that never worked and just made me dizzy/tired and LOT of exams with my cardiologist, who wasn't able to found anything physically wrong with my heart, I went ahead and did lot of research about PVC and what could trigger them, to find out that one of those reasons could be lack of Magnesium & Potassium.So I again researched more (it always pays to not be lazy and research a product before buying) about the best and natural supplement available on Amazon, and found this one. I didn't had high hopes first, but hey it cost almost nothing to try so ordered a bottle. A few days after starting taking those tabs (taking only ONE tab a day at lunch, with food) I started to notice less PVC already. After a month they were like all gone!! I went and told my cardiologist about this and he agreed that lack of Magnesium & Potassium (added with stress) could have definitely triggered those, and he was glad to see those supplement worked at fixing the problem (at least for me). I even showed him the bottle and he confirmed that the ingredients used on those tabs were definitely great for the body.So here we go. This is based on a personal experience and worked just fine for me to get rid of my PVC. It may or may not work for your PVC though depending on what you have (always check with your cardiologist in doubt), but like I did before buying a bottle of those supplement and try to see if that works is definitely one thing to try before going crazy on any other medicine or expensive care. Will definitely buy it again & more!

That it has all 3 vitamins combined into one pill.

These are good quality. The down side for me is that they are kind of large tablets and I don't swallow tablets well so have to crush. (Didn't notice this when I ordered,so its on me, not the product.)

This is the only item that has a balance of calmagpot in one item.It is sadly a large tablet and hard to swallow for me. What is doable is a chew on it and swallow with a drink. It is not impossible but may not be to your taste. And it is two tablet dose. Not sure if I will do it again, yet it is the best combo of calmagpot.

For over 2 years I have been dealing with horrible night spasms, went to nerve specialists,had 2 procedures done on each leg, drank tons of water.
