This underwear is advertised as a 4 pack. i ordered 2 of them. they arrived and were only 3 per package. what do i do to get the other 2 pair???

Descriptions says 100% cotton, however, the cotton stretch I have are 5% elastine. Are these true cotton stretch with elastine?

I have ordered the black w/ black waistband and they’re 95% cotton and 5% elastane. In my opinion, this makes for a great mix - excellent fit and feel!
