This little thing really works
I like that I can power 3 servos for testing at one time with this very tiny tester. It seems to be a very sturdy unit with its aluminum case. All the tests run as they should. It doesn't have all the fancy tests the more expensive units have, but this one is small and you can take it with you easily out in the field. My only dislike is the blindingly bright blue LED lights. It seems like a small gripe, but these light are intensely bright and if you accidentally glance at them full on they pretty much hurt. Also, the brightness obscures the control panel with glare. Easily fixed by taping some paper over the lights so that you can still see them without going blind.

Works as designed. Solid for the price.
It doesn't get much simpler than this for a servo tester. The only possible improvement might be having one more servo output to allow for testing all the ESCs on a quad-copter, since they're so popular nowadays. The build quality is completely acceptable for the price point. It has an extruded aluminum case with end-caps protecting the internals. I've seen a couple other units on Amazon that look very similar but appear to have only a thin, flexible plastic cover over the circuit board. The servo connections are flush with the end-caps so they won't snag on anything and get bent or damaged.

Nice concept, nice build, but the devil is in the details
Nice quality in the case and knob. It operates in three modes (a push button switches between modes). In the manual mode the knob controls the servo position. However, the knob has no markings to allow you to move the servo the same way from one try to the next. The neutral mode commands the servo to the mid-point. And the auto mode commands the servo back and forth at a rate of about a sweep per second. However, of the three modes, only one mode is marginally useful in my tester. The "Neutral" mode and the "Auto" both have the mid-point of the servo noticeably different from the transmitters I own (both Futaba and Airtronics). Pretty much to the point of potentially causing damage in auto mode. In the one remaining mode it is pretty much just a way to move the servo since there is no way to check the commanded position on the tester. Now it is off to see if this can be adjusted or a return.

Know your servos regular or digital
I've been needing one of these for years and this one seems to be a great way to check and center servos. I think I should have read more details and made sure it would be compatible with digital servos. It works on my older servos perfectly, but stutters on a digital servo that works perfectly with the receiver and radio. The construction and design are top quality and functions as it is supposed to. I will probably order another model that specifies that it controls digital servos.

Nice Product
Nice product. The slot for the battery is a little off, so when unplugging the battery, the plug tends to hang-up on the bottom of the slot. Just lift up on the plug a little and it will come out. Not a big issue.

How could you go wrong with the cost of this ...
How could you go wrong with the cost of this servo tester. All I wanted was a simple tester to set up my airplane throws during the build. I purchased a more expensive tester with programming and you were able to change the program of the digital servo but it was more complicated and more work than what I wanted to do. I would rather do any programming to the servo in the final stages of testing using my transmitter for the final setup.

Worth it but just.
It will get the job done. As another reviewer stated, it would be nice for the knob to have a white mark and a graduated scale for the full rotation of the knob. I just wanted to make sure my servos worked and pre-set neutral (center).

Nothing it works great
Thanks this is a great way to check your esc and your servos. I mounted it in a small container with a rechargeable battery with an off and on switch
